2020 Gala

Updated: Jan 21

We are excited and busy with plans for our Annual Gala – Thursday, April 23 at EMPOWER Field at Mile High.  Mark your calendars and watch for more information in January.

There are many ways that we can use some help. The evening will include both a silent auction and live auction, dinner and TJS program with great speakers and a new video.

We also need your assistance securing Silent Auction items ($50 minimum value). Here are a few ways you can help us:

Secure donations from a local business or places that you frequent – like your favorite restaurant.

Many times you can even do this online – most bigger companies have a link on their website for donation requests.

We also have a donation letter that you can leave with management at any particular establishment.

If you have connections to getting something on a higher scale – like a trip or VIP concert passes, etc. that can be used for the live auction piece -- that would be amazing!!

Gift cards to Michaels or Cash (for classroom art and an all school art piece)

Gift cards to kid places and restaurants (like movies, Red Robin, etc. for staff/kid outings that will be in the silent auction)

For questions related to the auction, please contact Kat Dressler kdressler@joshuaschool.org

Wine Donations ($25 value or higher)

Bottles of red or white wine can be dropped off at the TJS campuses.

If you have a connection to getting a large quantity of wine donated that would be wonderful!

Anything liquor related, please contact Kat Dressler kdressler@joshuaschool.org

Ticket Sales & Sponsorship Levels

In January, we will have information about tickets and sponsorship opportunities. Keep an eagle eye out for that.
